Benefits of  Prenatal Yoga

Explore movement and breathing techniques to aid the physical body throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. Participating in a routine prenatal yoga practice can help alleviate many of the common complaints that occur during pregnancy such as heartburn, swelling, back pain and sciatica as well as promote relaxation and rest for the mind and body.  It is never too late to start a yoga practice. We welcome all trimesters and fitness levels.  No previous yoga experience necessary.
